FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
If there are any questions not addressed on this page,
|
 |
|
Are there practice sessions?
No. Challenger Baseball is non-competative Division with a main goal of having the players enjoy
the game of baseball along with the millions of other children who participate in this sport worldwide. With limited field
availability, our players will learn as they play.
|
 |
Do I need to purchase my player's equipment?
No. We have a supply of bats, balls, baseball mits, and batting helmuts of varied sizes. If your player has their
own equipment, please ensure their names are on them lest they may become misplaced. We gladly accept
donations of baseball equipment!

What is a Challenger "Buddy"?
The Challenger "Buddies" assist the Challenger players on the field but whenever possible, encourage the players
to bat and make plays themselves. However, the buddy is always nearby to help when needed.
We encourage all to participate in our games!

 |
Why do I have to fill out a "Registration/Health" form each season for my player?
There are several reasons for this. Little League insurance covers all players while on the ball field. Their
requirements dictate the completion of these forms. Further, in case of an accident, a signed medical release form is necessary
to afford immediate First Aid. Simply stated, No signed forms, no ball play on the field!
